Referrals
Your referrals are the life of our practice. Please explain our approach to your family, friends and coworkers. Women have high expectations of their physicians, and we strive to exceed them.

Appointments
We respect your time and will make every effort to see you on schedule. We have a very busy office and unexpected emergencies and delays can occur. We will call you a day or two in advance to confirm your appointment and will try calling you at home or work when delays or emergencies occur on the day of your appointment. For this reason it is important that we have your current phone numbers. To make your visit most effective, make a list of your medications, and write down the main questions for us to discuss. Before your visit, verify your health insurance benefits and bring your card so we can help you through the difficult hurdles of insurance and managed care.

Emergencies
Night call is shared among our skilled professionals. If you have an emergency be assured that we will take care of you 24 hours a day.

Telephone Calls
It is not practical to practice medicine over the telephone. Please make an appointment if you are having an obstetric or gynecological problem. Emergency phone calls will be returned as soon as possible. Do not wait for us to call you back if you have a life-threatening emergency; call 911 or go to the Emergency Department.

Non-emergency calls may be answered that day, rarely the next day. Release the caller ID blocking feature on your phone. Our doctor's lines and home phones are private lines. If you do not accept calls from ID-blocked phones it is difficult to call you back.

Please remember prescription refills and narcotic prescriptions will not be called in after hours or on weekends. Please make every effort to get this taken care of during our office hours.
